Selcuk Yaşar Sports and Education Foundation established Yaşar University in 2001, İzmir/Türkiye. Yaşar Group of Companies, known for their contribution and leadership in the Turkish economy, wished to establish a contemporary university. University teaches in English at undergraduate&postgraduate level.
