Academic Internationalization: A Proposal to Develop a Selection Tool

The purpose of this poster is to develop a selection tool to evaluate the profile of students applying for internationalization programs, considering their psychological and behavioral traits. An assessment tool, with 30 items, concerning the specificities of the context, was developed and submitted to reviewers who assessed the tool's relevance.
