The US Teaching Assistantship (USTA) Program managed by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research aims to foster belonging through various measures: supplying teaching assistants with placement and pre-departure information early, organizing orientation programming, and providing on-site administrative and emotional support.
