Support System for International Staff: Necessity or Fancy Gimmick?

At the University of Lodz, the number of international staff has been growing dynamically since 2020, as part of the university strategy for internationalisation of the academic community. Regular practices required changes and adjustment to serve the needs of new members of the community towards building a support system for international staff.
