Africans in White U.S. Universities: Identification and Commitment Factors

African students are increasingly choosing the U.S, and many opt to study at predominantly White institutions. We investigated factors influencing their identification and commitment to the institutions. Construed external image, satisfaction with the school, and willingness to maintain membership shape the extent to which students identify and commit.
