The COVID-19 pandemic, remote work, and turnover in higher education have complicated maintaining compliance with Department of Labor regulations for posting physical labor condition application (LCA) filing notices. This poster models the University of Missouri’s transition to digital LCA posting, improving compliance and streamlining processes.
