Transcending Borders: Ghanaian Student Affairs Practitioners Educated in the USA

This study explores the experiences of Ghanaian Student Affairs practitioners educated in the U.S. and their challenges in implementing knowledge back in Ghanaian universities. Key findings include structural barriers, role conflicts, and differences in student affairs practices. Recommendations are made in the study.
