Global Competence: Intercultural Preparedness of Latin American Students Abroad

Findings from the 2023-2024 AFS ALEI Global Competencies Index showed that 1,699 secondary global educators indicated they do not have the knowledge, context, tools or experience to provide global competence development for their graduating students, admittedly launching students into the global higher education recruitment market unprepared.
