Pathways Abroad: Investigating Underrepresented Students' Study Abroad Decisions

Historically, males, students of color, and education majors in the U.S. remain underrepresented in study abroad programs. This qualitative analysis, grounded in personal investment theory, examined the experiences of six underrepresented students, providing institutions with insights into their study-abroad decision-making processes.
