The Importance of Interaction Between ISSS and Students They Serve

International students' circumstances such as family situations, financial hiccups, and employment put them into difficult positions. They rely on the ISSS to solve their needs. In some cases, DSOs may be perceived as insensitive to students’ cases which results in negative feelings among students toward ISSS, the university, and IE as a whole.
