Leading with an Intercultural Mindset: International Student Leadership Programs

This mixed methods study explored leadership programs designed for international students at U.S. institutions and aimed to better understand program characteristics, administrator perceptions, and student perspectives. Findings highlight the value of co-curricular programs in cultivating a sense of belonging for international students.
