Anezka Viskova-Robertson, PhD, MBA
Anezka Viskova-Robertson is the Manager for Global Learning at the Haneicke Institute for Global Education at Western Michigan University. There, she designs and leads programs that advance international student success and deepen the campus community's cross-cultural competencies. She also directs the Global Engagement Program, which awards scholarships for globally focused education.
With a PhD in Organizational Change Leadership and extensive experience in global education and AI integration, Anezka specializes as a consultant in leveraging AI to optimize strategic decision-making and enhance organizational systems using a socio-technical approach. Her work bridges research and practice, particularly in areas like international student career readiness, mental health support, and cross-cultural adaptation.
In her current role, she has developed a comprehensive OPT program framework and designed training modules at the intersection of AI and international student engagement. Anezka's interdisciplinary expertise positions her as a thought leader in fostering inclusive support systems within higher education. She has presented at international conferences and contributed to discussions on internationalization, global learning, and AI strategy.
