Carla Rodriguez earned her B.S in Family, Youth & Community Sciences as well as her M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida. Her professional experience includes, education abroad, new student & family programs, first-year and transfer student support, multicultural affairs, academic advising, and fraternity & sorority life. She has focused her career on building cultural connections, empowering learners, and building a sense of belonging among students at all educational levels. Carla believes in the power of art to be a bridge for communication, a tool for positive change, and catalyst for community building. She values travel as a way to better understand oneself, the world, and the stories of others.
