Yeana Lam (PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara) is a senior research analyst at the systemwide office of the University of California Education Abroad Program (UCEAP). She focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of study abroad learning experiences as well as communication and outreach efforts of study abroad programs.
