Sulaf has been working in credential evaluations at WES for the past 15 years as an expert on the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. She has presented and delivered many webinars and workshops in US and Canada covering MENA systems of education and issues with documentation for Syrian refugees. She has previously presented at many conferences including NAFSA and TAICEP, where she has been serving on the Conference Planning Committee for the past 6 years. She has also published research and country profiles for countries in the region. She has previous work experience teaching in higher education institutes after completing her master's degree in computer science from the University of Technology in Iraq. She is fluent in Arabic and English and has a working knowledge of Turkish and Farsi.
