Jim Price is the President and C.E.O. of Amity Institute. Jim works collaboratively with his staff to offer cultural exchange opportunities to over 900 international teachers and university students representing over 20 countries. During Jim’s tenure Amity has developed numerous partnerships with universities in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, China, El Salvador, Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Senegal. Jim has been a featured speaker in international media outlets and universities. He currently serves on the Bridge USA Teach program working group for the Alliance for International Exchange providing policy recommendations and political advocacy.
Additionally, Jim served for 13 years as Director of Operations and Head of School for The Child’s Primary School, an independent K-8 private school. He also served as a Regional Philanthropy Officer for the American Red Cross. He has also been a host dad for the Bridge USA Secondary Student Program. Hosting 8 diffrent high school students from 5 different countries allowed to Jim to develop firsthand knowledge of the life changing potential of person-to-person international cultural exchanges.
Jim holds an M.B.A. and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University with a B.A. in Political Science. He is a 2023 graduate of the NAFSA Academy for International Educators.
