Endicott College
Brenda joined the Endicott College Internship and Career Center in 2014 and currently services as Senior Director of Employer Relations. In her 10+ years, she has developed innovative programming to engage employers and expose students to career options both nationally and globally. Brenda helped to develop global internships in Ireland, Madrid and Florence for Endicott students. She increased employer involvement on campus, developed Industry Exploration Nights, expanded programming to create new partnerships with prominent employers. She continues to increase awareness of Endicott College among peers and employers through conferences, on campus events and employer visits. She is actively involved in several organizations such as WISEBoston, Boston Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and more.
Brenda previously worked for Philips of North America on the Campus Recruiting Team. Brenda was responsible for branding and recruiting at four Massachusetts universities. This included panels, guest lecturing, technical talks and sponsorships to enhance the students’ experience and educate them about Philips.
Brenda has a BA in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College and an MBA in Nonprofit Leadership from Endicott College. Brenda is dedicated to her family and devotes her time away from work to support her six children in their scholastic and sporting endeavors.
