Kaoru Paganelli is a dedicated advocate for international education whose journey began as an exchange student from Japan. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Stonehill College.
As Associate Director of the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) at Bryant University, Kaoru leads efforts to support and advocate for international students and scholars, ensuring they feel welcomed and empowered throughout their academic journey.
Beyond her professional role, Kaoru serves as Co-Chair of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Affinity Group at Bryant, reflecting her deep commitment to representation, community building, and fostering a sense of belonging.
With her rich background and passion for global connection, Kaoru continues to empower international students and advance the field of international education.
