Senior Global Mobility Manager
Nottingham Trent University
I have had the privilege of working in International Education since 2012, dedicating my career to fostering global mobility opportunities for both students and staff.
In my current role as Senior Global Mobility Manager at Nottingham Trent University, I oversee European and international exchange partnerships, lead the management of the Turing funding scheme, chair a strategic Global Mobility Working Group and manage a dynamic team of five. A core focus of my work is supporting NTU's Connecting Globally Strategy, ensuring that students have access to enriching, sustainable international experiences that promote personal and professional development.
Throughout my career, I’ve built expertise in risk management, partnership development, student visa support, student mental health, career consulting and sustainability in mobility programs. I’m passionate about mentoring, guiding students through the complexities of international exchange, and seeing the lasting impact these opportunities have on their lives.
Beyond NTU, I am actively engaged in shaping the future of the field. I am a member of UUKi Visa Group, UUKi Climate Action and Sustainability Group, serve on the ISEP Council of Advisors, and hold the role of Vice Chair at BUTEX (British Universities Transnational Exchange). All positions allow me to contribute to the advancement of international exchange initiatives on a broader scale.
I am deeply committed to driving innovation and best practices in international education, ensuring that students continue to benefit from global mobility opportunities that inspire, challenge, and empower.
