Swaraj Nandan is the co-founder and Director of KIC UnivAssist, an organization that helps 400+ higher educational institutions with advancing their global engagement. He previously held global marketing roles with multinationals across industries and has been a regular presenter at national level conferences about student recruitment, student integration and global trends. He has presented at all 11 NAFSA regional conferences over the years. Swaraj has been actively conducting research to drive institutional understanding about international student decisioning and successful institutional engagement around the world. He has served on the Board of Lend-A-Hand India, a non-profit organization providing vocational education in rural India and continues to actively support social responsibility initiatives. Swaraj has a postgraduate diploma (MBA) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, a top 10 business school in India and also a Masters degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
