The secret to student conversion is effective, strategic communication. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, workshop attendees explore evolving student preferences, master the art and science of crafting tailored nurture strategies, and transform their approaches to increasing international student conversion. Attendees learn how to design targeted communication campaigns, segment students effectively, and implement proactive measures to preempt FAQs and common roadblocks to enrollment. Gain insight on how to analyze engagement across communication channels, examine the “microsteps” within the student funnel, and utilize real-time data to identify opportunities for midcycle tactical adjustments to nurture strategies.

Analyze shifts in student expectations and communication preferences in the landscape after the COVID-19 pandemic by using a customer service mindset in a higher education context.
