Fundamentals of Student Visas (F/M/J) with the U.S. Department of State

Newer advisers and experienced advisers who would like a refresher on student visas have the opportunity to learn from a U.S. Department of State official. Topics include updates to visa policies and processes, key Foreign Affairs Manual guidance, reasons for visa refusals, and visa issuance numbers. This session complements “U.S. Department of State and Visas: Current Issues” which focuses on advising issues.
