Designed for attendees who are looking to innovate programming without hiring more full-time staff, this session explores best practices for engaging international students, scholars, and their spouses and partners as paid student workers, fellows, or volunteers. Gain insights into using various budget frameworks, differentiating student roles, and integrating scholars and spouses as leaders to expand programming efforts.

  • Learn how different institutions utilize student, scholar, and spouse leaders in both paid and unpaid positions to maximize their programming impact.
