This session explores the impact of intercultural and soft-skills training on study outcomes for study abroad, international student orientations, and Collaborative Online Learning (COIL). Panelists from New York University, University of Michigan, Durban University of Technology, and CulturaGo share strategies to enhance cultural adjustment, career readiness, and personal growth, aligning with international education's broader purpose.
