The Global Learning Ecosystem as a New Paradigm for Internationalization Assessment and Planning

The Global Learning Ecosystem (GLE) model of internationalization promotes integration across sectors of the campus community and its international partners to maximize learning. The new assessment and planning rubric fosters collaboration for stakeholder impact. Attendees leave with familiarity of the tool and practice using it in strategic decision-making.

Learning Objectives:

Define the GLE model as an evolving paradigm for leadership of internationalization of higher education.
Analyze findings from colleagues currently using the GLE model and assessment rubric and maximize results from using GLE tool to enhance institutional partnerships and community development
Apply the GLE approach to your own institution to develop inclusive, effective partnerships for short and long term goals.
