The Graduate Mentorship Program aids new international students' transitions by matching more than 300 mentors with more than 700 mentees by using an in-house algorithm. Learn how the program maintains a long-lasting network among globally diverse students and explore its basis in Schlossberg's transition theory and Kim's international student identity model.
