Challenge and Support: Purposeful International Education Facilitation and Design

This interactive session explores the theory and practical application of challenge and support. Following analysis of a case study, discussion focuses on strengthening the effectiveness of international educators' collective work, including advising, moderating discussions, managing teams, designing programs, recruiting, and teaching.

  • Explore challenge and support as a framework for impactful learning and facilitation.
  • Practice utilizing the challenge and support model, applied to an international education case study.
  • Identify ways to utilize the challenge and support model in your work as an international educator.
