Recognize the critical elements of incident response, with a specific focus on addressing identity-based concerns and explore aspects of incident response, including communication protocols, resource allocation, and support networks, tailored to the unique challenges posed by identity-related incidents.
Assess the importance of pre-departure training in fostering comprehensive student care and resilience in the face of identity-based challenges abroad and examine how pre-departure training can prepare students and program leaders to navigate and respond effectively.
