Thursday Plenary: Andrew Leon Hanna, Dr. Kyaw Moe Tun, Raihana Sattari

The Thursday plenary will feature Andrew Leon Hanna, founder of Mona, a social enterprise organization supporting immigrant, refugee, and first-generation entrepreneurs; Kyaw Moe Tun, who, after earning a doctoral degree abroad, returned to his native Myanmar to found the Parami Institute which educates students living under authoritarian regimes and in refugee camps around the world; and Raihana Sattari, who as the first Afghan student at Texas A&M University at Qatar and as a representative of her country at the United Nations, has a strong commitment to gender equality in STEM, human rights advocacy, and making a positive impact in the world. They will share their remarkable stories of visionary leadership and bold innovation, representing a new generation of changemakers who are reshaping the future of higher education and society with creativity and purpose.
