Community Dialogue: Braving the Headwinds in Scholar Advising

Scholar advisors face many challenges in processing immigration benefits for their populations post-presidential election cycles, regardless of the outcome. We will discuss these challenges and complexities and focus on H, O, and employment-based permanent residence processing, including visa retrogression. We will highlight the barriers to mobility and the support systems necessary for fostering a thriving international scholar community.
