International students face distinct career challenges, including work authorization restrictions, cultural adaptation, and barriers to traditional employment pathways. To address these challenges effectively, Higher Education institutions must shift from conventional career services to scalable, innovative career solutions. This session will introduce a design thinking approach that leverages co-creation with key stakeholders (faculty, employers, alumni, and students) and radical collaboration with external partners (industry leaders, policy makers, and global networks) to create career programming that evolves with the global job market.
