Next-Generation Strategy Development Challenge (Presentations & Judging)

Listen and learn as small teams of students and early career professionals compete and address real-world scenarios and present varied strategic solutions to a specified leadership challenge in international education. The Next-Generation Strategy Development Challenge for 2025 focuses on acting as a senior leadership team at a fictional institution and developing a five-year strategic plan to address various institutional goals. Come support the teams as they present their strategies to the judging panel of senior experts and be prepared to (re)consider international education problems from a different lens.
