Bring your creativity to complete a colorful spectrum of feel-good California vibes to create a self-care wheel. Afterwards, take your artwork with you as a helpful reminder to practice good mental health and self-care. Idea: Pin up your self-care wheel on your office wall!
During this session, we will provide colored pencils and craft paper. We’ll have a few printed and blank the self-care wheel at each table to get participants started. The result can be structured or freeform.
