Sarah Souza, Director of International Admissions at Duquesne University, is an experienced international education professional with over 12 years in international enrollment management and recruitment. At Duquesne, she oversees a network of more than 70 international agents, driving strategic growth and automation in global student recruitment. Sarah specializes in integrating technology and data analytics into recruitment operations, leveraging her background in luxury marketing and business analytics from her tenure at NE Digitals and the U.S. Department of Commerce. She spearheaded the implementation of the CleverApply International Enrollment Suite, streamlining agent management, applications, and admissions processes through integrations with platforms like Slate, Banner, and Cognos. A recognized thought leader in higher education technology, Sarah has been invited to present at AIRC and regional NAFSA conferences on topics such as AI in international admissions and automation in agent management.
