Brazilian Experience
Rafaela Rolim is the founder of Brazilian Experience, bringing over 19 years of expertise in leading human development programs and designing transformative learning journeys. Her work focuses on collaborative leadership, experiential education, and inner development as key drivers for systemic change.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and postgraduate degrees in Cultural Management (UNA) and Business Management (Fundação Dom Cabral).
Her facilitation approach is deeply influenced by regenerative practices, systems thinking, and embodiment, creating inclusive and purpose-driven spaces for collective transformation.
In addition to her innovative work, Rafaela serves as Co-Chair of the NAFSA Sustainability Interest Group and as Vice President of the Americas Chapter of CANIE – the Climate Action Network for International Educators. She also has a role as the Global Coordinator of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) HUBs & Networks. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to fostering global collaboration for a more sustainable future.
