Shao Chen Pan-Carr, MA

Shao Chen (Johanna) Pan-Carr is the Director of International Student Services, Office of Interantional Programs at Seton Hall University. She worked as the Assistant Director of Operations Management at NYU's OGS and was a DSO at Fordham University. Johanna served on the Chair Stream from 2019-2021 and New York Downstate Representative 2015-2016 for Region X. She's the recipient of the 2016 NAFSA Rising Star Young Leader Award and has been a member of NAFSA Trainer Corps since 2015. Lead Trainer for STEM OPT Current Topic Workshop for 2023 DC Conference and trainer in various F-1 professional development workshops at NAFSA annual and regional conferences, such as F-1 Beginners and F-1 Intermediate. She has a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary and a MA in Higher Education Administration from NYU.
