Caroline Cully Garbers is the Associate Director of Education Abroad for Exchanges and Global Internships at Georgia Institute of Technology. Her current responsibilites include oversseing outgoing exchanges and partnership managment for over 80 exchange partners. As well, she oversees the Global Research and Internship Program (GRIP) where she focuses her time on new business development and connecting with companies worldwide to help them recruit Georgia Tech students/ She has held numerous positions within International Education including being a Faculty Program Director and Experiential Learning Coordinator. Caroline earned a PhD from University of Florida where her research focused on the impacts of service-learning programs on students and the community. Her current areas of focus include capacity building and accessibility for global internships.
