Ashley Johnson is the Associate Director for student casework and an International Student & Scholar Advisor at the University of Georgia. While advising International Students, Student-Interns and Visiting Scholars, she has participated in various state International Education and NAFSA programs. Past leadership experience includes Secretary and Treasurer for the Georgia Association of International Educators; leading and participating in state and regional presentations and committees; serving as the Student Regulatory Ombudsperson and KC ISSS Rep (current) for Region VII; and the NAFSA Grassroots Leadership Program cohorts in 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. Ashley has advised the academic international community for 16 years at both Clemson University and The University of Georgia.
