Associate Director for International Student Services

Noelle Willecke is the Associate Director for International Student Services at Columbia University’s International Student and Scholars Office in New York City. She is part of a team that serves over 14,000 F-1 and J-1 enrolled students and 6,000 students on OPT/STEM. She has worked in the field of international education for over 15 years. She is an active member of NAFSA and previously served on NAFSA’s Trainer Corps. Before joining Columbia, she worked as an International Student Advisor for The New School in New York City and as an ESL Teacher in Barcelona, Spain. She holds an M.A. in International Training and Education from American University in Washington, DC. Noelle is a Fulbright recipient of the International Education Administrators Award for South Korea in 2023.
