Jessica is the Senior Associate Director for Student Services and Advising in the Northwestern University Global Learning Office, where she leads the advising and outreach team, oversees all student-facing services, and manages programs and global practicums in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. She graduated with a MEd in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in International Business and Spanish from the University of Dayton, and studied abroad twice, first at the University of Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain and later Loyola University Chicago's Rome campus. Before coming to Northwestern, she was the Training Director of the Urban Chicago Chapter of Amigos de las Américas and an Adviser at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Study Abroad Office.
Jessica is a frequent conference presenter and has served on various advisory boards. She has served as the inaugural Management Content Coordinator for NAFSA’s Education Abroad Knowledge Community and a Coach for the NAFSA Academy Region V Cohort (Class 17). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking, and cheering at her children's myriad sporting events.
