Georgina Kasza, PhD, is the Head of Unit for Internationalization in Higher Education at the Tempus Public Foundation (Budapest, Hungary) and has over a decade of experience in the field of higher education. She earned her PhD in Educational Sciences, focusing on the internationalization of Hungarian higher education. Throughout her career, she has coordinated numerous nationwide research projects on student satisfaction and mobility.
Her directorate has developed a specialized knowledge base on international students from the Global South, as it serves as the coordinating organization for a large-scale government-funded scholarship program. Last year, she participated in a national research project examining the mental and physical health of international students. Additionally, she is responsible for providing data and insights on inbound student mobility trends.
