Andrew Chen is the Founder and CEO of F1 Hire, LLC, a data-driven staffing and career management company dedicated to supporting international students in accelerating their job search in the US. In 2010, he co-founded WholeRen Group, LLC. A former Chairperson of NAFSA Association of International Educators’ China Member Interest Group, he currently serves as the Vice Chair. With a long history in the field of international education, his expertise has played a critical role in advising thousands of international students on their long-term academic planning, employability training and career development.
