Randeep is an International Educator with 15 years of experience supporting students and institutions globally. She began her career at UC Berkeley’s Study Abroad Office, where she developed global internship programs and guided students through their study abroad journeys. She later transitioned to CIEE, where she assisted international institutions in creating impactful experiential learning programs. Randeep then returned to UC Berkeley's Extension Office, where she supported adult learners in their career development and established the inaugural Career Services department.
Randeep further advanced her career as the Partnership Director of Diversity Initiatives at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, collaborating with U.S.-based universities to strengthen and expand their study abroad offerings. She is currently the Assistant Director of Study Abroad at Loyola Marymount University.
In addition to her professional work, Randeep is pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Colorado State University. She holds an M.S. in Counseling with a focus on Higher Education and Career Counseling from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in History with a minor in Education from UC Davis. Randeep is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in global education and has contributed her expertise by serving on committees with Diversity Abroad, NAFSA, Forum, and the Global Leadership League.
