Dr. Patriece Campbell-Palmer is the Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management at the University of Louisville, a role she has held since August 2022. With more than 21 years in international education and enrollment management, she brings extensive experience in international student services, enrollment strategies, and international partnerships. Prior to her current position, she served as the Senior International Officer at Millersville University (Pennsylvania), where she led Education Abroad, International Student and Scholar Services, International Enrollment Management, and the English Language Institute.
Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Campbell-Palmer is a former international student who earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan–Flint and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of New England, where she specialized in the impact of integrative programs on international student transitions. Her leadership has led to the successful implementation of several innovative programs that have significantly enhanced student success and institutional internationalization.
She has been a member of NAFSA for many years, contributing in various capacities. She served as the National Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee, and as a member-at-large with the Leadership Development Committee. She currently serves as Communications Coordinator for NAFSA Region VI, continuing to advocate for the professional growth of international educators.
