Jill Welch serves as Senior Policy Advisor to the Presidents’ Alliance and Principal of Out of Many 1 Advocacy, LLC. With more than two decades of experience mobilizing diverse stakeholders to achieve public policy change, she has served in senior leadership positions both inside and outside of government, including as Vice President of External Relations at the U.S. Institute of Peace and Deputy Executive Director for Public Policy at NAFSA: Association of International Educators.
