BsC, Md, PhD. Full Professor at the Instituto Federal de São Paulo (Brazil)and the head of International Relations of the same institution. He has worked as an international relations manager and project coordinator at IFSudesteMG and CEFET-RJ, in addition to having been a member of the Internationalization Policy Working Group at the Ministry of Education within the Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education (SETEC/MEC), in Brasília. At this time, he also develop so projects at Ministry of Education in Brazil on the group GTOI (Working group for language development to the National Policy in Brazil). In recent years, he has dedicated himself to developing strategies for inserting internationalization into the context of professional and technological education and to measuring the impacts achieved by the department. He has presented several papers at academic and scientific events, and has numerous documents published in important discussion forums on the subject of internationalization in Brazil and abroad. He had coordinate some international projects in actions as One Hundred Thousand Strong (USA), at Department of States (USA), Science without Borders (Brazil), and others. In the teaching world, he has recently developed research and supervised projects and students on the subject of literacy and reading comprehension in the school context. At the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, he acted as coordinator of international volunteers and acted as a trilingual translator in official competitions. He has experience in the area of international education, international academic cooperation, management of international bilateral agreements, student mobility, management of international projects, as well as topics related to teacher training. He has more than 14 years working on the field of teh international educaction.
