His initial encounter with immigration law came from a pro bono asylum representation he managed while an attorney at Williams & Connolly, a premier Washington, DC litigation firm. Today, Fortune 500 companies and prominent individuals alike seek him out to develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies in complex immigration-related disputes and crises.
Humanitarian Immigration Solutions: Daniel leads a group of Fragomen lawyers and business professionals that build immigration programs targeted at corporate employees and their families affected by global crises. Major international corporations, medical institutions and non-profits have relied on him to create immediate responses to evolving crises and to develop humanitarian programs and policies anticipating future conflicts and disasters.
To date, he has conducted more than 200 consultations to help Afghans, Ukrainians and other victims of crises and conflict safely navigate U.S. and global immigration pathways.
