Over the course of his career, Anthony has held prominent leadership positions in international education at several esteemed institutions, including Pennsylvania State University, the University of Kentucky, Michigan State University, and the University of Wyoming. In addition to his roles within these universities, he also manages his own consulting firm, which specializes in international higher education. Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree from Berea College and later pursued advanced studies at the SIT Graduate Institute, where he obtained a master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management (MIIM) with a specialization in international education. Furthering his academic journey, he completed a doctorate at Penn State in Educational Theory and Policy, with a dual title in Comparative and International Education. His achievements have been recognized with three prestigious Fulbright awards.
