Troy is a dedicated higher education professional with a strong background in student affairs and leadership development. Currently, he serves as the Director of Outreach for Refugee and Displaced Students at Arizona State University, where he spearheads initiatives to support the retention and success of refugee and displaced students. His career has spanned various roles, including positions in Housing & Residence Life, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Off-Campus Housing, and Undergraduate Student Government.
Additionally, Troy is actively involved in his community, serving as the Chairman of both the State of Arizona Liquor Board and the City of Mesa Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. He holds a BA in Government from the University of Redlands and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Residing in Arizona with his wife Shannon and their two daughters, Troy enjoys playing pickleball, participating in service projects, and spending quality time with his family.
