Dave Anguish is Director of the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He oversees immigration policies and advising services for international students, faculty, staff, and their dependents. He also ensures institutional compliance with federal immigration and labor laws and represents the university, international students, scholars, faculty, staff, and their dependents to USCIS, ICE, CBP, and SEVP, among other agencies. He anticipates receiving his JD in May 2025.
